The finger mediatation will be at 7:00 pm CET, each day from the 8 to 15 December
(please note that on both Sundays and on Wednesday, these meditations will be held on YouTube Live)

The sense mediatation will be available as of 7:00 am CET, each day from 9 to 14 December
